Our Leadership Team
Anne Duggan
Anne has over 20 years of experience and significant expertise in transaction management, complex infrastructure procurement, the development of commercial frameworks and commercial strategy for major infrastructure projects, negotiation of complex contracts, project governance and start-up, financial and commercial advisory, risk management, project governance and project controls for major infrastructure projects. She has a keen interest in standing up projects transitioning from development to delivery (focused on project governance, project management systems and financial systems/requirements) and has extensive experience in claims and dispute resolution under Head and Subcontracts having led the resolution of significant claims for Australian and International contractors.
Anne has held lead Commercial roles and Senior Executive roles in major contracting organisations, worked in the infrastructure and renewables divisions of a major investment bank and held Senior Executive roles within Government. She has also held a number of Finance Director, Risk Director and CFO roles for major infrastructure projects. Anne has been pivotal to the development and delivery of infrastructure / real estate projects ranging from $50m to $5bn+ in Australia, Asia and Europe, had responsibility for the management of commercial risk issues for one of the largest construction portfolio’s in the Southern Hemisphere and had responsibility for the management of one of the largest operational (industrial) property portfolios in the Southern Hemisphere with a value of more than $7 billion. She has been involved in more than 30 projects delivered under a PPP model and held Advisory Board / NED roles in various contractors operating in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. She is an experienced Senior Executive, NED Board Member, Commercial Director, Finance Director / CFO and Bid Director.
She is passionate about the development of social infrastructure having successfully led some of the largest social and affordable housing bids in Australia for BaptistCare NSW and Anglicare NSW.
Anne is a market leader in contract management and claims and provides strategic advice to asset owners and organisations seeking to grow their businesses.
Professional Qualifications
Anne is a Solicitor admitted to practice in the NSW Supreme Court, is a Chartered Accountant (with a Certificate of Public Practice) and holds post graduate qualifications in Law and Business (MBA).
Anne is an avid Pilates practitioner and is currently completing a Diploma in Pilates Practice.
Michael Terry
Michael has extensive experience in the project management, cost and schedule planning for infrastructure and building projects. Michael brings extensive experience and commercial acumen to the preparation of tender documentation and contracts, the procurement process, program and constructability reviews, negotiation of contracts (head and subcontracts), the establishment of projects, development of cost plans and project feasibility modelling, the management of project budgets to minimise profit leakage, commercial management of projects during delivery and construction / project management of projects, client and subcontractor claim management and most importantly the ability to provide accurate feedback and cost reporting to senior management. He has worked with major Australian contractors including Lendlease, CPB and Fulton Hogan.
